We accept all credit cards for sales over $ 100.00, Checks if you are on file, and of course cash. Packing materials are available for this sale, but you are advised to bring your own in case we run out. Please bring your own help to load large items. We love our customers and take much care to try to protect them from accidents , however we can not be responsible for any harm which they may incur while shopping our sales. Valuable items kept off site until sale days. 24 HR SECURITY ON PREMISES. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAYS !!!! Please do not bring children to the sale. NUMBERS will be given out at 8 a.m. the first morning of the sale, first come, first served. The house will be open at 9 a.m. .All sales are " as is" and FINAL ! No returns accepted. We try hard to identify any significant damage to items offered for sale , however we are not infallible. Look over your selected items you wish to buy very carefully before purchasing. The FAB 40's 5000 K run is Sat. the 29th but , supposedly traffic disruption should end by 9:15 am. As a result, NO SIGNS will be posted until after that time because race officials just tear them down. Please use your GPS, Google, or MapQuest for directions.
