We accepted credit cards preferably over $50.00 but cash is always appreciated! No refunds or exchanges - all sales are final. Door Opens at 9 am.
Please bring wrapping material and/or boxes for delicate items we have limited supplies. Also, bring vehicle to move larger items same day of purchase. We cannot hold items past sale dates or times. (thank you for understanding). Our sales always start at 9 am, please do not arrive prior and expect to come in early it is not fair to those that pull up at 8:55 and see everyone in home. We appreciate your understanding. Also, do NOT block other driveways in neighborhood when you are parking. Please be respectful of neighbors.
This home belonged to a couple that collected EVERYTHING. Beautiful antique furniture (some in fantastic condition) other pieces great for "repurpose, re-use, upcycle" We have spent 2 monthes preparing this home for the sale as it has not been occupied for 15 years and needed a bit of clean out ahead of time. In doing so we discovered treasure after treasure.
