The centerpiece of this home is a breathtaking Walnut Pipe Organ made by world renowned organist and pipe organ designer, D.A. Flentrop. This miniaturized pipe organ is among the first of its kind in the US and provenance includes the original blue prints and a hand signed letter from D.A Flentrop himself regarding construction details. This conversation piece far priced well below appraisal and must be seen and heard to be fully appreciated.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Apple Pay.  Sorry, no personal checks at this time. We also collect CA Sales Tax unless you have a dealer exemption on file with us. We will have forms that you can fill out if you don't have one already on file.  

We will have a sign up list out front for the early arrivals. We will open the doors promptly at 9:00 and go by the list in order. Please don't disturb occupants as they will be in the house prior to the morning of the sale. Please stay behind any caution tape.   

Please park on the street except for loading. We do have some small paper bags and paper to wrap breakables. Please bring your own boxes.
