Please bring necessary tools and help for purchasing large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some Items may be located on a second floor.
Everything in the home that is for sale is marked either by signage or stickers. Some areas of this home will not be accessible.
All prices are reasonable and staff is not allowed to negotiate. Markdowns may happen by 1:00pm on the sale date.
Payments accepted: Cash, Debit, Credit -there will be a 4% charge on all card transactions.
Please bring your own bags and boxes. Staff will have minimal packaging available.
