CALIFORNIA STATE SALES TAX: If you are not tax exempt, you will be charged sales tax on all purchases. If you are tax exempt and you are purchasing items for resale, you must provide your valid California resale seller’s permit and fill out the appropriate resale certificate for our files. No exceptions. Please bring help to move heavy items.
Look at the photos! This is truly a FULL HOUSE of beautiful collectibles and antiques! So much so that we will need to split it up into several separate weekends. Basically, if you collect it, we probably have it!!!
We will unpack part of the house, have a sale, then work 2 weeks to unpack another section and repeat until everything is sold!
NOTE: We've said this before, but at this sale it will be strictly enforced: Absolutely NO bags, purses, backpacks, boxes, etc. will be allowed in the sale. Also, NO children will be allowed due to the large number of delicate breakables. Many of the finer items will be attended by an employee who will hand them to you for inspection and you will take the corresponding number to the cashier for payment.
