We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Apple Pay. Sorry, no personal checks at this time. We also collect CA Sales Tax unless you have a dealer exemption on file with us. We will have forms that you can fill out if you don't have one already on file.
We will have a sign up list out front for the early arrivals. We will open the doors promptly at 9:00 and go by the list in order. Please don't disturb occupants as they will be in the house prior to the morning of the sale. Please stay behind any caution tape.
We are back with our most packed warehouse sale to date filled with fresh inventory from multiple estates. Merchandise is carefully selected from homes in and around Sonoma County, Marin County and Mendocino County.

Our showroom has once again been expanded.
We will have a list out front to sign up. Door to sale is on Brown Street, parking is on Depot Street behind Napa Auto Parts. We have some bags, but few boxes.
At every warehouse sale we set up the "HappenFound Mercantile" in the corner of the showroom and we stock it with affordable fresh ephemera, keys, small vintage tools, old postcards, Christmas, sewing notions, vintage fabric, old tickets, patches, ink, pen nibs, photos and much more.
The HappenFound Mercantile is perfect for collectors, artists, crafters and makers. Many items are priced from 10¢ to 25¢, so this area is not discounted on Sunday.
Dates/Times Friday 9am - 4pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm + Sunday 9am -4pm
Prices are Firm and Fair on Friday with Saturday and Sunday Discounts.
HappenFound Mercantile Area is not discounted on Sunday.
