1. All Sales Are Final. NO Returns. All items sold as is and were found with no guarantees or warranties.
2. CASH - plus Pal Pay, Zelle, Credit and Debit Cards are accepted for purchases over $10.00. (Sales Tax Collected)
American Express and Checks are not accepted.
3. You enter at your own risk – The property owner and/or Estate Sale Angels and all team members, are not responsible for any injury or accident on or near this property.
4. Please do not block neighbor’s driveways and pay careful attention to parking signs.
5. We offer pre-sales for items listed on our website under my SHOP tag.

We will be selling an eclectic array of vintage and contemporary household items, knick - knacks, crystal chandeliers, kitchen items, Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer, woman’s clothing, Bernina sewing machine, Photographic equipment including S8mm GAF 3100S projector, and 16mm Bell and Howel Filmosound projector, Kodak carrousel slide projectors, Technics Direct Drive turntables, audio equipment by Phillips, Fisher and Sony, Vintage IBM Selectric 2 typewriters and old Corona typewriter Cr 1939, vintage Infinity Speakers, working vintage IBM PC 5160 XT computer with software Cr 1983, HP PC computer, Brother MFC 8680DN Fax Copier, other printers, antiques and jewelry. There is a garage full of office supplies, office furniture and file cabinets.

An assortment of contemporary furnishings, a vintage Italian style dining table and chairs a king size bed, bookshelf, sofas, coffee tables, vintage patio furniture and miscellaneous items.
