This sale is located in a private home. You will be asked to sign a release before entering. Use caution when walking around as many parts of the sale are not handicap accessible. Sterling Estate Sales & Consignments will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on or near the estate sale premises; or any illnesses that may occur. You enter at your own risk. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items will be sold in "as is" condition without warranty. We will only hold items for up to two hours and a non refundable deposit is required. All items sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone upon discretion. No oversized bags or back packs permitted. No children or strollers allowed. Estate sale staff will not available for heavy lifting or loading. Delivery is not available. Bring your own packing and boxes. No checks, but all major credit cards are accepted.
