DESCRIPTION & AUCTION INFO
PRIME PUBLIC AUCTION sells both NEW and USED items. Bidders can preview items on Friday's & Saturday's between 10:00 AM TILL 4:00 PM and Sunday between 9:00AM till 10:00AM to get a better feel for the quality of the items prior to bidding.
-PRIME PUBLIC AUCTION is an Auction House. We are NOT a retail store. You, the buyer, are responsible for honoring bids, understanding the quality of the items you are bidding on and which items you choose to bid on. We do our best to put known issues in the title of the item, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the bidder to use preview times prior to the auction/bidding. While the items we sell are high quality, some may have wear and tear.
-PRIME PUBLIC AUCTION is NOT responsible for dents, scratches, blemishes, discoloration, missing parts & accessories.
-ALL items purchased under $10 are "AS IS".
-ALL toys, remote control items, battery-operated items, hobbyist items, play sets, etc... are "AS IS".
-PRIME PUBLIC AUCTION is NOT responsible for providing combinations to security locks.
-ANY ITEM OVER $10 AND ELECTRONIC (PLUGS INTO THE WALL) MUST BE CHECKED BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE LOT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO CHECK AND TEST THE ITEMS. ONCE IT LEAVES THE LOT IT IS A "DONE DEAL".

NOTICES
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAILED INVOICE BY MONDAY AND YOUR CREDIT CARD WAS NOT CHARGED, THEN YOU WERE OUT BID IN THE LIVE AUCTION AND THEREFORE, DID NOT WIN! IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBLITY TO CHECK THEIR EMAIL AND CREDIT CARD TO SEE IF THEY WERE CHARGED AND TO SEE IF THEY WON ITEMS AT THE AUCTION. WE ONLY HOLD ITEMS FOR A WEEK AND THEN THE CUSTOMER WILL LOSE THE ITEM.

SHIPPING/PICKUP
-WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING ON ANY ITEM.
-PICK UP DAYS ARE MONDAY'S & TUESDAY'S FROM 10:00AM TILL 5:30PM. WE ARE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC WEDNESDAY'S & THURSDAY'S.
**PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING SCHEDULED TIME - IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT, YOU CAN HAVE SOMEONE WITH THEIR ID, AND A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE AND YOUR CREDIT CARD TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS. PLEASE CALL AHEAD TO INFORM US THAT SOMEONE ELSE WILL BE PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS.
-YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE THAT HAS ALL THE ITEMS YOU HAVE WON LISTED.
** YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING ALL OF YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE LOT - ONCE YOU LEAVE ALL SALES ON ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL.
AUCTION DATES/TIMES
Online bidding begins as soon as we upload the auction to the internet and ends on Sunday's at 10:00 AM.
Live auction starts every Sunday at 10:00 AM
CHECKOUT DATES/TIMES
You may checkout any time after you purchase your items but we ask if you win any large items like furniture or big screen TV's that you wait until the live auction is over to pick up your items or arrange to pick them up on Monday or Tuesday. Thank You
