Gold Coast Estate Sales is proud to be performing this estate sale in beautiful Villa Park starting on Wednesday, January the 8th of 2020. This week we have a huge nine-bedroom mansion absolutely bursting with items, mostly new, some old, and all wonderful.

Starting with the obvious, we have hundreds and hundreds of new and used clothing items. The owner had a fashion shop and much of their unused and unboxed inventory was stored at home. We have taken the time to stage every beautiful new piece of clothing and price them at a fraction of their original price. This is a once in a decade kind of opportunity that you won't want to pass up on.

Dresses, gowns, shirts, jeans, blouses, shoes, pants, baby clothes, shorts, bathing suits, tuxedos, jackets, coats, suits practically EVERYTHING that can be worn in almost every size for any occasion and any taste. We have condensed a malls worth of styles and clothing into this house and are selling it to you!

Clothes that are perfect for prom, quinceañeras, weddings (YES WE HAVE WEDDING GOWNS!), parties, baptism, New Years, confirmations, first communions, birthdays, business meetings, work, or just looking fancy and fashionable! As well as a great selection of casual clothes for any gender!

We have a large amount of religious, ceremonious and gift items that are either brand new in the box or only taken out of the packaging. Items that are used for confirmations, baptisms, quinceañeras, weddings, christenings and more. All things that will have to be bought eventually that are for four days only being sold at a huge discount.

There is a large selection of brand new toys and board games, some for children and some more adult party games, kitchen items, books, LOTS of CD's, a large fish tank with all the accessories, puzzles, vases, art, plant pots and stands, a couple stereos, a pair of printers, a hearing testing kit, stuffed animals, pillows, belts, some fighting or karate gear, lots of Christmas or decorative lights, TONS of holiday decorations for any time of the year, snowboard and skiing gear, a cash register, a rifle scope, art deco candle holder, an Olympus Stylus Epic Zoom 170 camera, some workout gear including weights, and a ton of beautiful costume jewelry (more pictures to come soon).

Just in case you thought that was it we also have a nice selection of furniture inside of the house including a lovely L-Shaped couch, some fashionable office chairs, a large number of stackable party chairs, a coffee table, antique lounge chairs, and some other great pieces!

We also have a 2006 Nissan Quest Mini-Van for sale. Running and ready for a test drive. Some cosmetic damge as seen in the pictures, the odometer does not display, this vehicle is believed to have over 190,000 miles. Tags are expired. Cash only. This will be the ONLY item available for presale.
