YOU ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WILL NOT HOLD Caring Transitions of Castle Rock LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
All sales of item(s) are considered sold in “AS IS, WHERE IS”, condition. It’s your responsibility to properly inspect your items prior to purchase. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges allowed.

All invoices under five thousand dollars ($5,000) will be auto charged to the primary card on file in your user profile for the total amount. Purchases of five thousand dollars ($5,000) or more will require an auto charge of 10% of whatever the invoice total is. Remaining payment for those invoices must be handled between you and the Seller.

LARGE ITEM PURCHASES:
Customers that purchase large items must bring additional people to help move and load their large items from the onsite location to their vehicle, Caring Transitions of Castle Rock DOES NOT provide help to move large items!

WINNING AUCTION BIDDERS:
Winning auction bidders are expected to pay for all items that have been won. Any questions that you have MUST be asked prior so that you're clear of that you're bidding on. Once a winner bidder as won the auction, the credit card on file will be charged. If the winning bidder has a credit card problem or fails to make the initial payment for the merchandise, the winning bidder MUST make their payment by 10pm of the night the auction has ended. Winning auction bidders will receive an invoice with the physical location address where the auction are located and the pickup date and times. If a winning bidder does not respond to payment inquiries, Caring Transitions of Castle Rock reserves the right to resell to another customer.

Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you bid, you MUST be available, or arrange for, the pick-up of your purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements. If you win, you must pick up your item(s) or make shipping arrangements if the item is deemed a shipable item on the online auction listing.

Shipping is available at the buyer's expense including a $10 handling fee. Please see Shipping Terms for additional details. NOT ALL LOTS CAN BE SHIPPED - NO SHIPPING ON FURNITURE, RUGS, OR OTHER LARGE ITEMS.

If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. All items not picked up during the scheduled pick-up time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold.

Caring Transitions of Castle Rock has the right to request the removal of your account from CTBIDS in the event of a winning bidder that doesn't follow through with written or verbal communication or doesn't intend to purchase items they've won through the auction process.

All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Items to be shipped cannot be removed from the location without payment.

A 15% Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced.

We have made every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Electronics have been plugged in and turned on, but not tested. Dimensions given may be approximate.

Bid Retraction: If you request a retraction of a bid, ALL of your bids will be retracted. We will NOT retract bids within 30 minutes of auction close.

Questions: ALL questions about items including flaws, originality of artwork, quality of jewelry, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE bidding. If an item has been shipped to you and you have any questions or concerns, you MUST report this within two (2) days.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept all major credit cards with a chip. You will be required to sign for your purchase if it’s over $200.00 or more. Any large transactions may be required to take place at a local bank such as large transfers for vehicles or higher allowed values.

If you bid on the CTBIDS website and default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently! Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. All items not picked up during the scheduled pick-up time will be considered ABANDONED and will be donated or resold!

INQUIRIES ABOUT PRODUCT IN A SALE:
Unfortunately we are unable to accept phone calls about questions on items, as the folks in the office do not know what is at each different sale, whether it’s sold, pricing, sizes etc. We are not able to answer questions about products pricing etc. leading up to the sale start date and time. The best way to get an answer to your question is to come to the sale during sale day hours. You are of course welcome to email by using our form on the sale listing page, but we do not guarantee responses from emails that we receive, as we get hundreds of emails about a particular sale and we are often running 2 to 3 sales per weekend and it’s impossible to answer every 300 to 500 emails we get a week.

NO OVERLY LARGE BAGS OR PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE Onsite Sale locations.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ANYTIME:
Please keep in mind you are in someone’s home. We treat their home as we are guests and require you to do the same. Each sale is a unique opportunity, an invitation into someone’s home to view the items they may have cherished, so please shop and respect the items and the home, as though it was yours, or we will not hesitate to ask you to leave.

TAX EXEMPT BUYERS:
Please be advised as of November 1, 2017 you will be required to show a valid, in-state sales tax certificate as well as provide an email address for receipt. No other documentation will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

SALES TAX AND CHARGES:
You agree and understand that as a buyer of any items, you hereby acknowledge and agree to pay for any and all sales tax, use tax payable to federal, state or local jurisdictions that Caring Transitions of Castle Rock Services is required by law to charge and remit to the proper local, state and or federal jurisdictions as required by such laws that mandate it on behalf of Caring Transitions of Castle Rock clients. All final hammer or final sales prices will be charged a 5% buyer’s premium to the final purchase price of your purchased item. You (the buyer) agree that all sales are considered in, AS IS, WHERE IS, condition and that you (the buyer) of said item(s) are fully aware, understand and agree that buyer is solely responsible for inspecting any items prior to final purchase of said items. Prestige Estate Services is not, and or will not, provide exchanges, refunds, returns on purchased items. Please note that this is also printed on your receipt and is stated and understood as a condition of entrance.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADJUST PRICING:
It is not unheard of for price tags to fall off or be accidentally removed during the sale process. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing or to pull items from the sale at any time for any reason.
