No promise of condition, definition or history of items is made by the seller or manylion.
If you break an item during the sale, you buy that item.
Neither manylion nor the homeowner are responsible for any accidents.
Bring help to load large items. Delivery may be available, please inquire with a manylion crew member.
All valuables removed nightly.
All tax-exempt buyers must bring a current copy of their tax license to their first manylion sale of the year.
Shoplifters will be reported to the police. Altering price tags is considered shoplifting. Manylion reserves the right to refuse any sale if price seems incorrect.
You may register a bid price on any item that will be considered at the end of the sale.
A 2-hour holding area is provided. Items left beyond the 2-hour limit or at the end of the day will be replaced into the sale areas.
