Estate Sale by Googie Down
A downtown Littleton half acre property packed since 1920. This family was somewhat of "pickers" back in the day, picking and salvaging just about anything in mountain towns near and around Breckenridge and then from old Denver. The cellar, three sheds, large barn and barn attic have remained untouched for over sixty years.
This sale will be in the large barn and in the sheds (the house has been closed off due to hazardous smoke and water damage and there's no restroom or running water). Be prepared, you will be walking on dirt floors, and in grass and weeds (we suggest you wear closed toe shoes). There's lots of vintage dust, so bring your gloves and boxes for digging and be prepared to get dirty! No strollers, walkers or wheel chairs will be allowed.
