Fabulous estate sale in Norwalk, CT

Terms

Please be respectful to the neighbors by not blocking driveways or mailboxes. Please do NOT park in the driveway, the driveway is for loading large merchandise ONLY.

1. Please watch your step as are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during our sales.

2. We accept cash and credit cards with proper ID.

3. All sales are final. Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. We do our best to ensure all items are in working order before the sale, but we do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.

4. You are responsible for loading your large items and furniture. You must bring your own help and any tools necessary for disassembly. All items must be picked up 2 hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made.

5. We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item.

6. Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.

7. Doors will open at the published time, not before.

8. If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.

9. Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and or leave your trash in the yard.

10. We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.

11. We do not honor any written Sign-Up lists.

12. CT State Sales Tax will be assessed for all purchases.

13. Covid guidelines will be observed consistent with state mandate

Our Staff will Provide Numbers (Approx: 1 hour Prior to opening the Sale)
