  • This is an apartment on the 3rd floor (2 flights) of a walk-up townhouse off Dupont Circle. There is relatively unrestricted street parking all around on weekends.  
  • Many, many objects and collectibles (e.g., Poupee millet dolls (signed), vases)
  • Nicer furniture  includes 2 antique chests of drawers (1 with a marble top); 1 smaller marble-top cupboard, another attractive small cupboard, both antiques, I assume.  (see photos)
  • 1 3-gal pottery crock, I assume antique.
  • 1 nice woven outdoor chaise
  • There are no books, CDs, DVDs or LPs.    But plenty of CD holders and old bookcases.
  • Many colorful dishes and bowls, pots & pans
  • Carpenter's tools
