Although cash is preferred, credit cards are accepted with a $20 minimum. We charge a 3% convenience fee on all credit card purchases. We do not accept checks - sorry for any inconvenience.

As required by Florida Law, we charge7% sales tax, which is added to all purchases, unless you bring a copy of your current Florida Resale Certificate for our records.

All items are sold AS-IS and all sales are FINAL! Please inspect all items before purchasing as there are NO refunds or exchanges.

Please be advised that L & D Enterprises and/or the Estate for the residence is not liable for any injury or loss on the property. You are entering each property at your own risk!

This is a nice, clean estate sale in Altoona-near Umatilla and Eustis.  House has been sold and everything must go!

There are some nice antique pieces and some modern pieces also.

There are 3 bedrooms, formal living room, great room, office, dining room, kitchen and laundry room full of wonderful items.  There is also a basement garage with a few goodies including grill, antique White sewing machine still working in cabinet.  The antique single bed is almost 100 years old and mattress and "real" springs foundation are still in great condition.
