* We prefer cash on Sundays! Thank you!
* Please plan to make arrangements for help in moving furniture and larger items, we will not have moving help available. Large items will have to be picked up by 2PM on Sunday.
* If you plan to buy small or fragile items make sure you have boxes and packing paper. We will provide as much as we can but often run out by midday Saturday.
* Sheet to sign up for earliest entry into the house will be at the front door by noon on Thursday. If you don't make it by early just come to the house and get in line. We will not open the doors until 9AM.

A house, a POD and a car carrier sized trailer full of treasures.  This is a sale to include combining of 2 households plus a mother's estate.  We have tons of furniture, more furniture that will fit in the house, hence the POD and trailer.  Lots of beachy decor and furnishings, some antiques, some modern, some vintage...very eclectic mix.

3/20...so we have unpacked and unloaded about 50% of what we have.  Furniture wise...sofa, loveseat, chest of drawers, nightstands, Lazyboy, gray leather recliner, dining table, side tables, side chairs.  Add in lamps, art, linens, kitchen goods, BOOKS (lots of books), shells, mermaids, paintings, prints, frames. 

3/21...the Pod and trailer have been picked through.  So we have added lots more furniture...Ethan Allen dining room suite, table, 6 chairs, china cabinet, table pads, leaves.  Several oak tables and filing cabinets, they all have wheels so they are easy to move!  Pooley record cabinet that is amazing and 100s of 78 records.  We have 2 desks from the old Atlantic Beach Post Office, one has the sorting shelves mounted on top.

And then we found some really good stuff...Dept 56 Christmas Village goodies, Wedgwood Kutani Crane China, Pfaltzgraff pottery, Royal Doulton china cups and more.  Bring boxes, bring packing paper!!!  We found more art, more glassware. 

And for the men...so far we have, generator, edger, jacks, fishing poles...  That is going to be dug out tomorrow. 

BRING LOADING HELP!  We will not have help to load furniture for this sale.
