All items are sold as is/where is. All sales are final. We accept cash, major credit cards, and checks with photo ID. We are not responsible for accidents. All current Tax-Exempt customers must have a copy of their certificate on file at the time of purchase. Please bring adequate help for removing large items. Payment for delivery must be made at the time of purchase. All items must be removed from sale site no more than 3 hours after closing on the final day of the sale. We are unable to offer delivery at this sale.
