All sales final – any purchase you make cannot be returned. expects payment at the end of the sale and the business is concluded between the two parties.

A 15% Buyer’s Premium is added to the winning Bid amount.
The auction is open for bidding now, and ends on Sunday, December 10, between 7:30pm - 8:30pm (bidding ends incrementally).

Location and pickup
Local pickup in Cape Coral, FL on Tuesday, 12/12, 2:00pm - 6:30pm. The address of the location of the items will be sent to winning bidders following the completion of the sale.

Exact pick-up address will be provided on winning bidder invoices. You must bring help to load and move your purchases.
There will also be many items offered for sale that are not on the auction during the pick-up day.
SHIPPING: Shipping not available on this item.

Responsible Bidding:
Bidding privileges may be suspended if you default on this agreement. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage and used items. We have tried to accurately describe this item(s), including noting its defects. All items are sold AS IS and all sales are final—no refunds.
While we may plug in an item to see if it works at all, and say so in the description, we do not guarantee the continued working order of any item. Dimensions given may be approximate.
Winning bids
When the auction ends, winners will receive an invoice from Caring Transitions providing an exact address. It is your responsibility to pick up your winning lot(s) during our pick-up day(s).

We are not responsible for loading your vehicle. You must provide adequate help yourself. Bring tools, other people, and the right sized vehicle to help you carry items. Requirements for Payment
Communicate with us. We will send out invoices within minutes of the end of the entire auction. All payments are due on receipt. 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid amount, and 6% sales tax.
You must pay for your items before pick-up. At our absolute discretion, we reserve the right to award the items to another lower bidder willing to pay by credit card or Pay Pal.
If you have not made payment prior to the final day of pick-up, and you fail to show for the scheduled pick up time without previous notice, you forfeit any claim to the property and it may be sold to another buyer. Items that have been paid for, but not picked up may in our discretion be considered abandoned, subject to no refund and resold during pick-up or within the near future.
Seller accepts PayPal payments & credit card payments after invoice is sent via email
Tax: 6%
Payment Details: We accept payment through PayPal (no account necessary). Payment is due upon receipt. All items must be paid for and payment must clear PayPal by 12pm (noon) Monday, 12/11. Payment using debit/credit card over the phone is also acceptable.
