Terms
1. Cash and credit cards accepted. Onsite Credit Card use is minimum $25 total, no fee. Online Credit Card invoice 3% of total fee added.
2. You are buying "AS IS" - there are no warranties or guarantees given! Look at everything you want before you buy. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS or RETURNS or EXCHANGES.
3. You are buying "WHERE IS" - Once you buy an item/(s) it becomes your property and you are responsible for moving/lifting it. In most cases we can't provide moving/lifting help. We will have phone numbers of local movers you can contact.
4. We have the right to limit the number of shoppers in the home at any given time.
- We have the right to refuse admittance to any shopper.
- We have the right to remove any shopper.
5. All info posted the day of the sale, outside home, will prevail over previously written or advertised information.
6. Sales will NOT have public bathroom available. Please plan accordingly.
7. Florida sales tax for the appropriate county will be collected unless you have a valid reseller's cert. with you or on file with us.
8. You are at your own RISK inside home and on the property! You are responsible for any damage you cause to the home or property and could be held liable by the owners for such damage.
9. We will prosecute anyone we find stealing/shoplifting! Switching tags, removing tags, hiding items inside paid for items and other deceptive methods are ALL forms of stealing!
10. We know accidents happen, however if you break something, we will ask you to purchase the damaged item.

Over 8000sqft of merchandise for sale.... half of which is Christmas decor!
Great opportunity for individual buyers, other event planners, or like business venues.
*The sale area is not air conditioned. Please dress accordingly etc!
*Please note the owner has asked for a pre-sale to specific past clients. Some items in photos may be sold before the public sale starts. (I will try to update photos but likely the pre-sale will occur right before public opens)
Although the space is LARGE there is only so many staff people to help, so we WILL limit shoppers to 40-50 at a time. The building is divided into 2 spaces "B" and "C" and you may be asked to start in a specific space due to crowd levels.
There is also office furniture and other furniture in Side "A". Please let staff know if you want to view items in Side "A".
There are lots of multiple, same type items as well as unique items.
Side "B" has linens, vases, props, candle holders and much more!
Side "C" has Christmas ornaments, trees, garland, floral arrangements, string lights and more!
Most items will be sold individually, some items may be sold "by the bin". Check during the sale with a staff person or posted signage before removing items from a bin.
FYI - we don't have any catering items, chafing dishes, glasses or plates etc.
