1. We accept only CASH and Visa/MC/Discover (with $20 min. purchase). NO checks accepted.
2. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS or RETURNS or EXCHANGES. You are buying "AS IS - WHERE IS". There are no warranties or guarantees given! Look at everything you want before you buy.
3. We have the right to limit the number of shoppers in the home at any given time.
4. Most sales will not have public bathroom use. Please plan accordingly.
5. Florida sales tax for the appropriate county will be collected unless you have a valid reseller's cert. with you or on file with us.
6. Please bring help to load large items. We will help as much as we can but loading assistance is not guaranteed!
7. You are at your own RISK inside home and on the property! You are responsible for any damage you cause to the home or property and could be held liable by the owners for such damage.
