Please feel free to wear a mask if you feel it necessary or are more comfortable doing so. Please be respectful of other people with regards to their choice.

The number of people can be limited at any given time allowed inside house and is at the discretion of the Host.

As a matter of policy, we do not reveal prices in advance.

CASH is preferred. Minimum of $10 on All Credit Card transactions, A 3% Convenience Fee added to the final purchase amount.

If you would like to purchase an item that you see in our photos, be waiting in line when we OPEN, we do not sell ahead of the actual sale opening and we do not "hold" items until you arrive.
EVERYTHING IS SOLD “AS-IS” “WHERE-IS”.
Handling and loading of heavy items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Please plan accordingly. In other words, bring helpers and padding for your purchases.
