Cash only for sales under $100.00. Debit card will be accepted for purchases over $100.00 with a 2.5% surcharge
If you have a tax exempt form, you will need to provide a copy for me to keep.
Please bring help to carry and load your purchases because help may not be available. All purchases must be picked up prior to the end of the sale advertised time the day of purchase.
When the doors open at 9 a.m. today the discount will be 30%. At 12 noon I will go to 50% and at 2 p.m. it will be 75%. *** few exclusions apply ***
This is a nice home on the northeast side of Jacksonville. There are a lot of nice things at this sale. Beautiful like new cottage style sofa, wood high top dining table with 6 chairs, a very unique buffet like cabinet that has storage like a bar, metal dinning table with a glass top has 4 chairs with seashell seats still covered in plastic, outdoor patio table with 4 chairs needs TLC, grill, garage full size refrigerator, ceramic pots, pictures and wall hangings, kitchen items, Christmas items, large wood t.v. cabinet, fabric covered bench that opens up for storage. Glass half moon table. Rattan dinning chairs, candles, glassware, china, pots and pans, chair and ottoman, decorative storage boxes, cloths, desk, wicker desk or vanity, small t.v., dried and silk flowers, garage items etc. Thanks for looking.
