***You must enter through the entrance off of Hwy. 41.  Please advise the Security Guard you are attending the Estate Sale and they will allow you access into the community.***

Friday, June 11th, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. &
Saturday, June 12th, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

DIRECTIONS: 
From U.S. Hwy. 41: Turn east on Festive Grove Blvd., turn north (left) onto Melogold Circle, turn north (left) onto Sanguinelli Rd., turn east (right) onto Diamonte Dr., arrive at your destination!
 

POLICIES:

  • All items are sold "AS IS".
  • There are NO refunds.
  • You are responsible for packing and moving your purchases.
  • We accept cash, check, and credit/debit with proper identification (there is a $10 minimum on credit/debit purchases).
  • Please show respect to the home, merchandise, and others.
  • Shoplifters are not welcome and will be prosecuted.
  • Discounts do not begin until the last 2 hours of the sale on Saturday's only. 


SAFETY GUIDELINES: 

  • All customers will be ENCOURAGED to wear a face mask while in the home.  Face masks must be worn over the nose and mouth.
  • There will be no more than 10-12 customers in the home at any given time.
  • Social distancing of a least 6 feet will be required at all times.  Please be mindful of others around you. 
  • Please sanitize your hands before entering the home.  Sanitizer is located by the front door at the register.
