A-1 auction of Orlando is pleased to announce an outstanding multiple estates auction on Sunday, June 30,  Noon at the Maitland Civic Center in Maitland Florida.

This sale consists of select items from the home of a retired NASA engineer from Rockledge, Florida, as well as hand picked items from a famous artist living in Punta Gorda, Florida.

We will have over 50 framed works of art, Period American furniture and accessories, and Continental furniture, plus a fabulous collection of French clocks. We will also feature art glass from Tiffany to Loetz, Tiffany sterling silver, signed Brilliant Period cut glass, Oriental ceramics, and American Art Pottery. The following is only a brief listing:


Furniture: From the Rockledge Estate we have the most unusual furniture pieces we have ever sold to include a fine Middle Eastern Moorish style court cabinet, Rosewood brass and mother of  pearl inlay etagere, a most stunning triple bow glass china cabinet, profusely carved Anglo Indian ebonized  tables and cabinet c.1840-50 from the British Empire Period, elaborately carved Throne chairs,French style curio display cabinet, Oriental dragon carved etagere, and much more!
 
From the Punta Gorda Estate we will offer  Period American side chairs, American Federal Period sofas, single and multiple drawer work tables, drop-leaf tables, Federal Period Eagle crest mirror, etc. all from the Tetley (tea) Mansion in Charlottesville, Virginia, by way of the consignor who retired to Florida.

Works of Art: Awa Tsieh Native American watercolors, Joseph Koph, Florida Highwaymen paintings by R. Mclendon and Alfred Hair, Juan Filipo  o/c, G. Glenn Newell o/b, James Sharples pastel, A.T. Clocks:  Our best selection of clocks ever!  Tall case German clock with Gustav Becker works, very ornate tall case open well clock, Tiffany and Co. mahogany mantle clock, Many, many French figural clocks with works by Japy Freres, very rare combination oil lamp and Barbedienne bronze marble case clock (must see!), French Empire 4 column clock, French bronze figural clock with August Moreau Nouveau lady, French Empire bronze clock with Marti works and case by Charpetier Bronze Works...there are so many!
