My client has been collecting for more than SIXTY YEARS! He has very eclectic tastes and has assembled a collection of just about anything you can imagine, and a few things you may never have considered. This sale is so BIG that we are holding it in multiple venues! Presently, we are moving loads of items to our remote venue weekly at 12888 US Highway 441 - Belleview, Florida 34420. That's our REMOTE venue at the Market of Marion, Building C-South. Some of the items pictured will be divided between the residence and the remote venue, so plan to shop both. We will be selling a considerable amount of metal scrap, including cars, lawn mowers, motorcycles, etc. We will also be selling “running”, and “project” cars, motorcycles and a riding mower.
There are TONS of tools and other smalls in the absolutely LOADED garage, including a great selection of shop tools, hand tools and power tools.
As you can see from the pictures, we took photos way before we staged the property for sale. Don’t worry, we will have it all neat and ready to shop when you get here. This venue has a like new Professional Lowry Organ, which sold for $28K new, as well as a baby grand piano.
