No public bathrooms.
Pets are not allowed.
Presales are available at this sale. All sales are final.
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover are accepted on purchases with a 3% processing fee.
It is your responsibility to inspect and test all items before purchase -- Items are priced "As Is"
It is your responsibility to bring your own help to load large items -- buyers are responsible for moving all items from the sale by 2:30 pm on Saturday.
You are responsible for bringing your own "people power", tools and packing materials to move all items large and small. Staff is not available to help move or lift any furniture items.
Please park in the parking lot on the right side of the street. Do not park on the street going into the community. We will call you out and interrupt your shopping time if you violate the parking policy.
