This Home Improvement Auction is one that you do not want to miss! Everything will be sold. For a fee, Cross Town Moving will be available to schedule transport of your items or you may choose to arrange on your own. The auction company WILL NOT move your items. This auction features many new old stock items which include but are not limited to marble slabs, sinks, grout, cabinets, loads of powered blinds in many styles, window sill, paint, bathroom accessories and so much more. We will have a preview on Thursday, September 17th and the live auction will be on Saturday, September 19th.
Location: Old Lombardo’s Tile located at 4188 Electric Way, Port Charlotte 33980
Thursday preview: 2:00PM – 6:00PM
Saturday auction: registration at 8:30 and auction start promptly at 9:30
This is an in-person auction and you must register to bid on Saturday. We strongly suggest that you attend the preview to measure and get acquainted with inventory as we will not stop the auction process for you to do so. All sales are final and there will be no returns or refunds. Because of COVID restrictions, we ask that you observe appropriate social distancing. For the safety of our staff and other attendees, we will require masks during this event

You must bring your own tools and muscle for this event. We will not be providing moving help at this event so arrive prepared
