DIRECTIONS: 
From Little Road: Turn west onto Jasmine Blvd., turn south onto Palm Lake Blvd., turn west (right) onto Autumn Oak Ave., turn east (left) onto Black Oak Ave., turn north (left) onto Basket Oak Drive, arrive at your destination!


***Please park on one side of the street and do not park on neighbors lawns or block driveways.***
 

POLICIES:

  • All items are sold "AS IS".
  • There are NO refunds.
  • You are responsible for packing and moving your purchases.
  • We accept cash, check, and credit/debit with proper identification (there is a $10 minimum on credit/debit purchases).
  • Please show respect to the home, merchandise, and others.
  • Shoplifters are not welcome and will be prosecuted.
  • Discounts do not begin until the last 2 hours of the sale on Saturday's only. 


SAFETY GUIDELINES: 

  • We RECOMMEND that all customers wear a face mask while in the home.  Face masks must be worn over the nose and mouth.
  • There will be no more than 10-12 customers in the home at any given time.
  • Social distancing of a least 6 feet will be required at all times.  Please be mindful of others around you. 
  • Please sanitize your hands before entering the home.  Sanitizer is located by the front door at the register.
