- Large furniture items will have big tags on them. If you want to purchase a big item, please pull the tag and find staff in a yellow shirt for assistance.
- We will have a private back ally available for large item/purchase pick up.

Two items to note:
1) There are stairs to enter the house, multiple levels of floor, and the driveway and garage are uneven brick. Please use the utmost of caution if attending the sale.
2) The City of Punta Gorda has an active a mask mandate for inside public places. According to the definitions section of the Ordinance, this house would be considered as such.
