Violin created by Michael Boller a student of Stradivarius. The violin is inscribed 1789
Michael Boller Mittenwald an der Ifer. The violin has been authenticated and comes with a fine bow. It was brought to the US in 1913 by Geman music teacher Clemens Wilkmann. Entitled "Remembering Florida," this work of fashion art by French artist Jacques Halbert was partly inspired by his eventual move from New York to Miami and Sarasota. Prior to moving to Florida, Halbert co-owned the Art Café in New York’s East Village. While in New York, he organized exhibitions that included works by Andy Warhol whose pop renderings of Marilyn may have inspired this image. If Marilyn herself is not immediately perceivable, her iconic lips cannot be missed. Even the generic clip art image, lower right, celebrates that smile.Louis Vuitton rolling luggage, unusedInterior of Louis Vuitton roll aboard. Unused.
