You are at your own risk while on the property and in the home. Kelley's Estate Liquidators and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale.
Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly. DO NOT park on grass or block driveways or mailboxes.
Sales Tax will be collected. If you have a resale tax certificate, please present your 2019 copy before checking out at the register otherwise you will be charged tax. Please No Strollers, food or drinks allowed inside the home. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
