* All sales are as-is, final, with no refund or exchange policy. If you have any questions about the item, please ask them prior to purchase.

* An additional 8% sales tax is applied to each item for sale.

* Buyers will be given pick-up address upon final payment.

* Buyers must pick up items at the appointed time and location.

* Property that has been paid for but not picked up by the end of appointed time period will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund. Exceptions will be made if customer contacts us prior to end of pick-up timeline and other arrangements (agreeable to all parties) are made in advance.

* Buyers must be prepared to lift, carry and load any heavier purchases into their vehicles. The team at Dumont Designs LLC is not authorized to assist in the moving, lifting or loading of such items. We may help in meeting closer to the buyer to help deliver smaller items.

* Dumont Designs LLC is not responsible for any injuries sustained throughout the pick-up process.
