No early entry, sale ends promptly at published times. No presales.
No discounts on Saturday.
All sales are final – no returns or exchanges.
All items sold as-is, where-it-is.
Bring help to load your purchased items.
ENTRY & PARKING:
- Enter through the garage door only. Front door will be used as an exit only.
- Do not park in the driveway – will be used for loading only.
- Park with the flow of traffic. Do not block neighbors’ driveways or mailboxes. Do not park in the yard.
LOADING/PURCHASES:
- Driveway will be used as loading zone.
- Bring your own help to load.
- Bring boxes/packing materials to protect and transport your purchases.
- No holds. We will have a table for you to place items as you shop, but will not hold items once you leave the property.
- All purchased items must be picked up by 2pm on Sunday unless arrangements are made at the time of purchase.
SAFETY/SECURITY:
- No large bags or purses, no backpacks.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person for any reason.
- Theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- Respect any taped-off areas, do not violate “off limits” areas.
- No food or drinks may be brought into the home.
- If you choose to bring your children, which is discouraged, you must maintain control of them at all times. Children must be within arm’s reach of a parent at all times. There are a lot of breakable items in this home, and you are responsible for any damage that is caused by you or your children.
- No public restroom.
- We may limit the number of customers at a time into the home to ensure sale area is not overcrowded.
- We do not allow “sold” stickers other than our own.
