This is a 2 story home. Buyers are responsible for moving and loading heavy items. This home is located on Lake Blackshear with waterfront property. Children must be attended by an adult at all times. All items are sold as is where is. Not responsible for accidents. Please inspect your purchases before leaving the property. No refunds or exchanges. No early sales or previews.
We will practice social distancing by limiting the number of people that can enter the home at one time, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Numbers will be given out. Entrance will be through the front ..Exit through the garage. Hand sanitizer will be available. Wearing mask is encouraged.
