We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover - with a minimum of $50.00 and maximum of $400.00. (All credit card purchases must have proper ID, and are at the discretion of management). Cash is preferred.
We are required to collect Georgia sales tax, which is built into our price, so please keep that in mind when asking us to lower the price we marked.
No purses, backpacks, or bags. No lifting, moving, or transportation will be included in the purchase of the items sold by estate sale team members!!
Please bring your own tools, help and truck etc. to move
Security will be present at the front door. Please be patient as we will be limiting the number of people on the property. We reserve the right to choose who we let into our sale. If you do not conduct yourself properly we will ask you to leave.
As always, we are not responsible for any accidents, slips or falls and you are taking responsibility when entering at your own risk
There are no public restrooms available
All items are sold as is and all sales are final: No refunds, returns or exchanges. Shoppers will be responsible for any accidental damage or breakage. The buyer is solely responsible for removing purchased items from the site by the close of the final day of the sale.
