1. Numbered stickers will be available at 10:00 a.m. Prior to opening at 11:00 a.m., please line up according to your number
2. We cannot assist you with item removal. Please come prepared to disassemble, lift, and load.
3. ABSOLUTLEY NO BAGS OR OVERSIZED PURSES ALLOWED IN HOUSE!
4. Streets are narrow. Please park on one side of the road only.
5. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN NEIGHBORING DRIVEWAYS AND DO NOT BLOCK MAILBOXES. DO NOT WALK ACROSS NEIGHBORING LAWNS.
6. Estate home driveway is FOR PICKUPS ONLY.
7. All prices are negotiable from open to close. Make a fair offer and we’ll accept it! Sales tax of 6% must be collected on top of negotiated price.
8. All items are purchased “as is, where is” and no warranties are given or implied. No refunds, exchanges or returns accepted. All sales are final.
9. We do not always get a chance to plug in and test items so please thoroughly inspect them before buying.
