The CASH ONLY sale will be three days long onsite in the Caulder Home. Most items in the home are new or less than two years old.
This home offers a King size Tempurpedic bed, leather electric furniture, large amount of canning supplies, large electric fireplace, greenhouses, grandparents collection of weekend toys for the kids, a very large DVD collection, CD’s, 100’s of New or Like New clothing, Cupboards, dining sets, washer & dryer, outdoor lawn equipment, Tools, and so much more. This home will also be going on the market and the owner is accepting offers. We will be adding more photos as we prepare the home. No Pre-Pricing Given & No Early Sales.

Day 2 Friday April 19th, 9am-3pm 25% Off
Day 3 Saturday April 20th, 9am-1pm 50% Off.
Last Day Saturday April 20th. 9am-1pm 50% Off At 2pm doors will re-open and all unsold items will be sold at auction to the highest bidder onsite.
The first day of the sale an EARLY PASS will be available starting at 9a.m. until 10a.m. The Doors will open for all at 10 a.m. All proceeds from the $10 Early PASS will go to the Beverly Woods Foundation whose cause is to share the outdoors with all children especially those in extenuating circumstances.
