We Accept All major Credit cards, cash & good checks with id.
3% charge on all credit card sales must have a minimum of $25 to use credit or debit
Sales tax will be charged unless you have a tax ID number
We do not sell items early. Prices will not be given out over the phone.
We give out numbers 1 hr prior to the sale. We do have our guys on hand for most sales-however if they help you load bulky or heavy items please remember to tip them if possible.

    MOST of the items you see will be for sale however my client has not moved yet; but will not be present for the sale . There may be one or two peices of furniture that may not be available & will have not for sale on the furniture that is not for sale. We will not feature any items that are not for sale.
