Bennett and Sudderth is proud to announce a very special, very fitting, three-day Memorial Day weekend estate sale 1.5 hours south of Atlanta in the quiet little town of Warner Robins, GA. Yes, we are aware that this sale is outside of our typical 20-mile radius of the city, but we couldn't help ourselves. Keep reading...

First of all, this sale came by way of referral from the late Pam Majors, owner of Atlanta landmark Junkman's Daughter. We admired her and her knowledge and special presence in a room and gratefully accepted this sale initially on her word. Shortly after we met Hilda's son at the house, we immediately knew we were dealing with something special. There were boxes stacked to the ceiling and we knew this person was a collector - and a collector she sure WAS. It has taken us over 200 hours to prepare this home between our busy spring schedule and driving back and forth but we are finally ready to invite the public into the home starting tomorrow at 9AM. There are all sorts of bits and bobs of all kinds of everything you can imagine from antique furniture to cleaning supplies and everything in between, including a 1985 240 Volvo and a unique collection of furniture she moved to Germany and back to the states while working in Nuremberg in the 60s. The sweet little house will also be for sale. 

We know a lot of you will be heading to the lake or spending time with your family, but if you can break away, do yourself a favor and take the drive south to visit us in this treasure trove full of history and stories that I will happily share with you in person.  If you've also taken the time to read this far and do come see us, mention it and we will happily give you an extra 10% off of your total purchase to compensate for your gas and time.
