If there are any disputes with the list, Shelander Estate Sales, LLC will disregard the list & will create a random lottery system to enter the home in lieu of a list.

We close at 2:30pm every day, we do not allow admittance into the home after 2:15pm, you cannot shop in 15 minutes, so we do not let you come in.
