Indoor Furniture is priced, and will be pre-sold and reserved for you to pick up at the sale. Text us a picture of the piece you want and we will call you to arrange payment. Everything else will be available for purchase at the sale and prices will not be given in advance.
All items sold "AS-IS". Please look over carefully before purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL- no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions.
A watched list will be honored. If you are not present when your name is called, you will be moved to the end of the list as a one-time courtesy.
Bring help to move furniture and large items.
