-all sales are final. no returns or exchanges.
-all items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS
-not responsible for any accidents or injuries during the course of the sale/on the property
-please respect the items and the property
-If you break something, you will be expected to purchase it.
-Will not be available to assist you in moving your purchases, you must bring help, transportation, and moving supplies (boxes/bags)
-We also do not do pre-sales, we commit a fair chance to all buyers to purchase items they desire.
-No prices given out prior to sale
-First come, first serve
-please pack lightly (no big bags or backpacks)
-We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason
-DOOR LIST TO SIGN UP STARTS AT 9:30 AM (30 MINS BEFORE OPENING)
-Names will be called from the list in the order they were added
-be on the look out for more pictures. More will be uploaded throughout the week!
