SALE TO BE CONTINUED ON DECEMBER 1st, 2nd and 3rd from10AM-3PM
All sales are final. We except cash, zelle and credit cards*
(*3.5% will be added to total to cover transaction fees).
Must bring your own help to load large items.
Here are some basic rules for attending our sales:
No large bags are permitted during any estate sale, unless empty.
Everything is priced to sell!!!!
We will not hold any item or items without a deposit on the items.
Must bring your own equipment for large items bought. (tape, cords, dolly, transportation)
We are NOT responsible for any injures while on the property or with lifting any items. Please bring someone that can lift heavy items that you are looking to purchase.
All items sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No returns or exchanges.
