NOTICE: Masks that cover the nose and mouth are required to follow CDC and Illinois guidelines.
You MUST BE VACCINATED to attend thIs sale. PLEASE be honest about your vaccination status as this is a small town house and you may be in close proximity to someone with compromised health issues. You are welcome to send in someone , on your behalf, to make a purchase for you. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TURN AWAY THOSE WHO DO NOT WISH TO FOLLOW OUR GUIDELINES FOR ENTRY.
NOTICE: This is a 2nd floor town house with stairs to climb. As this is a small space, we will limit the number of people in unit , at one time.

Numbers, if necessary, will be handed out at 8:30 Thursday morning. We are sorry, we don't do lists.
Doors will open at 9 o'clock Thursday morning. Enter the premises at your own risk. Street parking is available. Read all parking restrictions and do not block driveways. ABSOLUTELY NO LARGE HANDBAGS, BACKPACKS OR MESSENGER BAGS can be brought into the sale. Please leave them in your car to avoid being refused entry. We are not responsible for accidents on or near the property. Walking areas outside may be uneven so wear sensible shoes. Some items pictured may not be available at sale time if owner has withdrawn these items. Please email or call in advance of the sale if you are interested in something specific. Sorry, but no prices can be given by phone or email. This is a cash only sale unless you are a known buyer. No Credit cards All items are sold as is and all sales are final with no returns. Bring help to lift and move.
