local delivery can be arranged for a fee.
We have shopping baskets, bags and boxes, but first come first served. if you think you may need, bring a tote or canvas bag.

When necessary, we will limit number of entry for safety sake only when we first open .no sign-in for this home, but if line is quite long in the morning, we may let so many in at a time. we open at listed times, not a minute sooner. no large purses/totes/strollers/pets/etc. please be respectful of the owners property inside and out. as this is the owners property, until you buy it.
