We accept cash and all credit/debit cards. Unfortunately, checks are not accepted.

There are no phone holds or pre-sales and we don't offer prices prior to the sale; unless stated in the item description.

Daniel J's Estate Sales and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents or personal injury. By attending the sale you agree to release all parties from any liability. Children are not allowed at the sale for their own safety.

Be sure to have help to move and load large items as there is no one at the sale that can assist. Again, it is your responsibility to move all items you've purchased at your own risk as we are not responsible for any injuries or accidents.

Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways. Do not park in the home's driveway; keeping that area open for large item pick-ups.
