THIS SALE IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. This is a high end sale at one house and a Mid Century Modern sale at the other, both in Highland Park, IL. There is a lot of furniture that needs to be moved out before Monday the 14th because both families are moving. If you are interested in any of these items, or you might be looking for an item in particular, please let me know? If you always wanted contemporary or high end, look here first! All items in this sale were custom and cost $$$$$ thousands., but willing to sell for just hundreds.  If you are looking for something in particular, let me know and I can let you know if I have the item at any upcoming sale. Listed at this sale are two high end , contemporary wall units, one with curio storage at each end, above and below this unit. The color is champagne with lacquered wood. The middle has a remote to open and close the doors to watch tv. Also at this house are glass and chrome stack tables, glass end tables and also,glass coffee tables. Decorative vases and a signed clock by Christopher. In the first floor bedroom is a king size bed, 2 nightstands and 2 tall boys made by Giorgio of Italy. A painting on the wall and coverings on the bed are also available. The second bedroom also has quality wood furniture with white finish. There are 2 dressers, one tall,with a tv and 2 shorter dressers, plus a tall cabinet for storage , clothing whatever you like. This cabinet piece fits into the corner. We have a black and white fabric covered sofa bed. Beautiful condition, and not hardly used. At this house is a fabulous beveled mirror, edges are beveled as well as inner edges. Child's Dresser with fun knobs by Little Folks Furniture. The beveled mirror is hanging 36" square and is very heavy, so bring a strong man. A few pieces of art work also are for sale. This lady liked clothes and jewelry. So lots of costume jewelry and some designer clothes, shoes, and boots. If you like costume jewelry, some of the pieces have boxes with price tags. The Magazine rack is made of metal and shaped like a human. Same with a coat hanger, made of metal and shaped like a human. Nice beaver coat and a few leather coats are also available. At our other house near by are area rugs, a mid century modern dining room set with 4 side chairs and 2 arm chairs plus a buffet is available. The table has pads and two leaves. We have a 9' beautiful wall unit. This unit has 2 pieces. The bottom piece is now used against a wall and a tv hanging on the wall behind it. They were big sports fans at this house. Vintage marbles are available, historicle newspapers for Cubs , Sox fans and Michael Jordan fans. There is a 9' x 7' plum sectional available at this house that I am sure someone would love! Very nice condition and it was custom made. Also custom made from Design Studios in Skokie are a sofa and loveseat is gorgeous black and gray fabric. The fabric feels like a leather, but is fabric. Both sofa and love seat are comfortable. A great twin bed and coverings, 2 small dressers and one high tall boy dresser. Very sturdy, not cheap or wobbly furniture. A computer desk that is two pieces, the desk with a shelving unit sitting on top of the desk. In the office is a fax machine and two computer tables for computer related accessories. Also a nice sofa bed that was hardly ever used in the room with a wood tv stand. A small Sony kitchen tv, some appliances in the kitchen like toaster oven. Mikasa cups and saucers are here. A few Mikasa plates, but most have been sold. Silverware place settings and some utensils. French white Corning ovals, a few black Corning ware ovals. Decorative sofa pillows in living room and family room. At a third house are 6 Belvedere Salon Chairs, Toro snow shovel, PANDORA BRACELET never worn with 5 birthday bloom charms COACH dog collar in size large. A Mid Century Modern china buffet with hutch. This is a two piece wood unit.
