PAYMENT: Cash, Visa, Master Card & Discover Cards & Debit Cards. Please: Please note we happily accept Most Credit/Debit cards for purchases of $50.00 or more. No Checks accepted.
SHOPPING: We ask you to respect the home, respect the neighbor’s property and enjoy your shopping experience with Platinum Estate Sales.
TAX: This is an estate sale conducted in Illinois, Owned by one family, and no tax is required to be charged.
MOVING: WE DO NOT Move your items nor do we provide moving supplies. Please bring your own help when purchasing all items.
LIABILITY WAIVER: The estate nor the party handling the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Visit this property at your own discretion. Please be careful and have fun most of all.
PRE SALES We pride ourselves in never preselling any items if it’s in the pictures it will be there on the first day.
PRICING: In fairness to ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS we DO NOT Give out pricing on any items either by telephone or via the internet. Why? We feel it’s of utmost importance to see, feel and touch the item before spending your hard earned money. Thank you for understanding.
VALUABLES: Are always removed prior to the doors opening, we use wireless security
NUMBERS: We do not use numbers we go with a sign-up sheet started and maintained by the first person to arrive OR with SOME sales have a sign up sheet out by 6 pm the day prior to opening.
HOURS: We open at 10 am line up by 9:45, On larger sales we also may open the garage 1/2 hour prior to opening the home, we close the doors at 3:30 to allow shoppers in the home to finish, the hours can change depending on circumstances.
PARKING: Please park on one side of the road only, do not park in driveway or on the grass, areas with no curbs please do not park too close to the grassy area, RESPECT ONE ANOTHER WHEN PARKING.
