Terms

***Transactions***Cash and Credit Cards accepted. All items are sold "as is." There are no returns or refunds.

***Beginning of Day***A sign-in sheet will be placed on the front door at least 30 minutes before the sale begins. Please sign the sheet. We will allow five people at a time to enter the estate until approximately 9:15.

***Moving Heavy Items***We cannot assist you in disassembling or removing large and heavy items from the estate. Please bring tools and help. An App named "Dolly" may be useful for transporting large and heavy items.

***Holds***Our "hold" policy is the following: You must pay for the item in full. We will mark the item "sold." You must pick-up and remove the item from the estate before the sale ends on Saturday at 3:00 unless other arrangements have been made and approved by Beloved Estate Services.

***Safety***Please be careful when shopping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, accidents, or injuries.

***Parking*** Do not block the driveways of neighboring homes, park on the lawns of neighboring homes, or walk though the lawns of the neighboring homes.
